With a franchise, you operate under our brand and are given a specific territory. With Train 2 Hire, you build your own brand and aren’t confined to a territory—you have the freedom to grow where and how you choose. To support your launch, every graduate receives a full day of one‑to‑one coaching after completing the course. We use that session to refine your brand, develop your marketing plan and map out actionable steps to launch your business.
You can begin setting up your recruitment agency as soon as you complete the early modules on company formation and compliance. Many learners launch their first income stream while still finishing the rest of the programme, then add homecare and complex care as they progress.
Quizzes are there to help reinforce learning, not to penalise you. You can retake them as many times as needed. If you’re stuck, check the community discussions or wait for the next Q&A update; you can also note your questions for the one‑on‑one session at the end.
If you add up the videos, reading and quizzes, you’re looking at roughly 55‑60 hours of direct study time. But this doesn’t include implementing what you learn—writing a business plan, drafting policies, choosing software, and other practical tasks. To get the most out of the course, we recommend treating it as a full‑time, six‑week programme (about 240 hours in total), although you can work faster or slower depending on your schedule.
Traditional franchises require a substantial upfront investment.
Train 2 Hire costs £10,000, with a 50 % discount for early registrants, and that’s it—there are no ongoing royalties or hidden fees. Because we start with unregulated activities, you don’t need to appoint a registered manager or register with the CQC at the outset, which keeps your set‑up costs low. Between the lower entry price, the absence of royalties and the ability to start trading without expensive licences, you could end up saving as much as £100K compared with the typical franchise model.
You don’t need any prior experience. The programme is designed to cover every aspect of running a recruitment and care business, from basics to advanced, so it’s suitable for anyone from any background. To earn your certificate, you must complete every section and quiz—this ensures you don’t miss critical steps or regulatory requirements. Even if you’re experienced, you’ll pick up new insights and sharpen your existing skills.
A franchise includes daily hand‑holding and a head office you can call. Train 2 Hire offers structured learning, a community of peers, regular FAQ updates, and a one‑day personal session with me. We’re also developing optional consultancy sessions for graduates who want deeper guidance in specific areas—so if you need further support after completing the course, you can book targeted coaching to address those needs.
That’s why we’re building a community. The first 100 learners become part of our core development group, sharing ideas and improvements. You can network, ask questions and find accountability partners so you’re never going it alone.
Yes. We monitor questions from learners and turn them into regular Q&A updates—both in written form and in videos like this one. You’ll also have access to our learner community to get peer support, plus a one‑day one‑on‑one session with me after the course to clarify anything that’s still unclear.
